This is our significant advantage over other manufacturers!
We support you in service issues and can also resolve service issues directly with the end customer!
For partners
With every purchase of 50 dust collectors, we provide one additional dust collector for the exchange fund – free of charge.
In addition, we value the reputation of our partners very much, so we compensate for all warranty cases that arise during the warranty period. If a partner makes a replacement or repair to a customer, we provide all the necessary components or send a new product with a new order.
This way, you can always be sure that your reputation will not suffer and any service cases and appeals will be resolved and compensated by us as the manufacturer.
Steps to be taken by the customer in the case of a dust collector malfunction
1. Choose a convenient method of communication: email service@ulka-global.com, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber or the brand’s Instagram.
2. Our service manager will contact you.
3. Make a video or take a photo that will show the essence of the defect in the work.
4. Send the video or photo to the service manager.
5. The service manager will contact you within 2-24 hours (on weekdays, Saturdays and weekends in the service department).
6. During the phone call, the service manager will explain what needs to be done and in what sequence.
7. When sending in a warranty case, you need to put in the box: Warranty card; Cover letter indicating the reason for the repair.
8. Send the parcel to the address specified by the service manager.
9. After sending your parcel, it will be sent to the manufacturing, where it will be diagnosed, then the service manager will inform you whether it is subject to a warranty case. If so, our service will carry out the repair.
10. The parcel will be sent to the address you specified.

If you have purchased your ÜLKA dust collector from our official representatives, please contact them directly and, if possible, they will replace the dust collector or help with repairs.

For warranty claims, you must have:
- Warranty card;
- A fiscal check;
- A cover letter explaining the reason for the repair and your phone number for communication.
Manufacturer’s warranty: 5 years from the date of purchase.
A coupon with a product serial number, date of sale, and seller signature is required.
1. The warranty covers the electronic component of the product.
In warranty cases, delivery is at the seller’s cost.
2. When the product is resold, the warranty works only if you have this coupon!
3. The warranty is not provided in cases of:
- damage caused by foreign objects and liquids getting into the fan;
- damage of the pillow material as a result of unpacking;
- self-repair (the warranty seal is missing);
- defects that occurred as a result of transportation;
- damage caused by a natural disaster.
This warranty is not valid abroad (if the dust collector was purchased in Ukraine and delivered abroad).
