ÜLKA company – production of equipment for beauty masters created with the soul. A family business that for five years of its work has grown from a cozy apartment of two students to 800 m2 of production space with a team of more than 30 employees. The owner of the company, Volodymyr Siletskyi, was inspired to creat dust collector by his wife, Yulia, and now each hood proudly bears her name.
