We decided to take a one-week break at the beginning of October and go with the whole team to the mountains for team building. Our team is growing, many specialists work remotely, so this became a great opportunity for personal acquaintance and building quality communication between employees.
The team rested, went to the mountains, rode quad bikes, took part in workshops, practiced humor and interaction skills, and there was a lot of informal communication. We all “recharged” in one of the best places in Ukraine and returned to work with new energy and ideas. And at the end, the owners of the company gave everyone creative personal thanks to motivate the team to develop and interact even better.
