One of the key points made at the strategic session was to define the company’s vision. We see ourselves as the largest beauty plant in Ukraine, specializing in the production of equipment for beauty industry professionals. Our goal is to become a market leader by providing high-quality, innovative and functional equipment that meets the needs of beauty professionals.
In addition, our strategy is aimed at setting trends in the health sector. We believe that beauty should be not only external but also internal. Therefore, we will actively promote a healthy lifestyle, environmentally friendly products and care products.
Starting from point B, i.e. from our current position, we decided to build a strategy that will allow us to develop and strengthen our market position. We will focus on continuously improving the quality of our products, introducing new technologies and innovations. Another important aspect of our strategy is to hold strategic sessions and meetings with the team in this format. This allows us to bring together all participants in the decision-making process, including the company’s management, experts and key employees, to discuss and analyze the current situation, define goals and strategic directions of development.
This format of meetings helps to listen to different views, exchange ideas and create a common vision of the company’s future. In addition, it helps to attract creative solutions and innovative approaches, as a diversity of opinions and experiences enriches the strategic planning process.
As a result of the strategic session, we have identified our point C as the largest beauty factory in Ukraine, as well as creating a health trend. We plan to expand our product range, improve production processes and provide our customers with innovative solutions that meet their needs.
