Ambassadors or Target? Yulia Siletska shares her insights at MRIYA Club

Recently, a landmark MRIYA Club meeting took place at Floyd Coffee House. Yulia Siletska, founder of the ÜLKA brand, shared her unique insights and experience during the lecture “Ambassadors work better than targeting.” The event, which took place on February 13, gathered numerous participants interested in brand engagement strategies and community building.

Yulia revealed the world behind ÜLKA’s scenes, revealing how it grew from a startup to a $3 million company in 7 years, largely thanks to a team of 130 cool ambassadors in 20 countries. She emphasized that ambassador programs have a great advantage over standard advertising because they create deeper, friendlier connections with the audience.

Having analyzed the cases of successful campaigns in detail, Yulia highlighted how genuine relationships with ambassadors can transform customer interaction and promote organic brand growth. The lecture emphasized the importance of building mutually beneficial relationships based on shared values and love for the brand.

The meeting at MRIYA Club was not only about learning but also about active dialog. The participants actively asked questions, expressed their opinions, and shared their experiences, making the lecture especially valuable for all present. It created an openness and collaborative learning atmosphere, which is key to growth and scaling in modern business.

Thanks to her tips and strategies, many left the event inspired and ready to take action, with new ideas on using ambassador programs to increase visibility and trust in their brands.
